EDITORIAL WORK
At the Las Vegas Magazine, I translated complex stories into accessible visual narratives across health & wellness, emerging technologies, politics, culture, entertainment, and development. Here, I’ve selected works that focus on health & wellness. I distilled each article's core message and created illustrations and graphics in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate that broke down intricate concepts into digestible visual elements. Designing layouts in InDesign, I structured clear information hierarchies that guided readers through diverse subject matter in ways that were immediately graspable and compelling.
This package was created for one of our annual health and wellness issues. I concepted a bold, visually driven cover featuring a model painted with vibrant, nutrient-rich foods and holding a dumbbell to express the balance between nutrition and physical fitness. I hired and directed the model, body-paint artist, and photographer, guiding the shoot to achieve a cohesive, elevated look. I also produced and coordinated the accompanying interior photo shoots, ensuring the visuals seamlessly supported and enhanced each story.
